Since its inception in January 2023, our Narangba Distribution Centre located in Brisbane, has been bustling with activity, and we’ve been delighted to see such a positive response from our Eastern State customers.
The fit-out of our state-of-the-art facility began earlier this year, with pallet racking, stock filling and showroom set-up taking place throughout February and March, and we’re very happy to share that our showroom and warehouse now houses a number of products from each of Seima’s collections, with additional stock on its way and available on order.
As a result of being based locally our Queensland and New South Wales customers have also experienced the convenience of faster stock pickups and improved delivery times, making it easier for them to access our extensive range of products.
New Appointments
To further enhance operations at Narangba, we appointed a dedicated Distribution Centre Manager in April to oversee the workflow, and their expertise in managing logistics has significantly contributed to the seamless functioning of the centre. We also welcomed a skilled Sales Coordinator to provide excellent support to our local customers and manage the newly opened showroom.

For those interested in visiting our Narangba site, it’s conveniently situated just 30 minutes North of Brisbane CBD, and easily accessible from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, our showroom is open from 8 am to 4 pm, providing ample time for viewing our entire product range.
Simplified Supply Chains
Being based on the East Coast has also had a considerable impact on supply chain challenges.
Many of the manufacturing difficulties we faced during the COVID-era have substantially eased, and the Narangba facility’s strategic location between two of our largest East Coast markets has made stock and supply transit much quicker and easier. Our warehouse operates from 7 am to 3 pm on weekdays, allowing for efficient order processing and dispatch, and multiple transit runs throughout the week have enabled us to be more responsive to our customers’ needs.
The Future of Narangba
Looking ahead, we have exciting plans for the future of the Narangba Distribution Centre and showroom. Our primary objectives include expanding our stock holdings, showcasing the latest product ranges in our showroom, further improving customer response times, and building a strong local brand presence.
